  2. Is it necessary for me to be agitated in order to bite my nails? It’s something I do a lot, particularly when I’m watching a movie or TV show.

  3. This pandemic has stopped me from biting my nails more effectively than three decades of hard work. I’m not going to put my hands in my mouth anymore.
