  1. It’s funny because all the bad jobs are putting up signs to entice new workers. Oh, when they got stimulus tests, people aren’t working? Why is it that they just don’t apply for shit jobs? Act as if people are slackers and advertise it on your billboard; it will attract them. Aren’t they confident that they’ll be respected and paid a decent wage?

  2. This is the polar opposite of the issue I faced after graduation. I begged for employment, but no one would hire me.

I’m a little envious, but I’m also happy to see that people now have more choices and bargaining power while looking for work.

  3. It’s almost as if if you can’t find anything at the price you want to pay, you’ll have to pay more! Isn’t that kind of how capitalism works?

  4. Thank you, just no thanks. Poverty wage crappy jobs that can’t even afford 1br rent as 30% or less of income aren’t as appealing as a wide range of suicide tactics I can spend stimulus money on to make failed dystopian capitalism meaningless to me for the rest of my life lol.

  5. Ngl, it’s been amusing to watch these places suffocate under the weight of their own greed. I hope people continue to stand up for themselves even as things get more difficult. As ordinary citizens avoid buying things they don’t need, the oligarchs start to lose money, and that’s when real change occurs. The only way to avoid the guillotine is massive general strikes and minimalist living before they crack.

  6. I’d love to see a huge corporation pay all employees $18 per hour plus benefits. And they should treat their staff as if they are deserving of all of this and more. The turnaround time, the no-shows, the poor service… it’s astonishing how many more people are ‘ready’ to work in such deplorable conditions when they are paid well.

  7. The “Stimulus gone?” portion appears to have been photo-shopped. The thicker border overlaps with the question mark. That is not how I believe it would have been designed.

  8. “Is the Stimulus Gone?” Looks horribly altered, with incorrect typefaces, shadowing, and a question mark written on the canvas’ stitched border?
