  1. Savannah, Savannah, Savannah!

Edit: the outpouring of worker support in the comments section is restoring my faith in humanity. You guys are incredible.

  2. Many of the DQs in the area have signs for $15 an hour, except this one is very old. I’m not sure you know how much they get paid. Plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus

  4. This should be posted at my old union workplace. You didn’t have to turn up to work at that position because the union effectively made it difficult to fire bad employees or offer extra pay or overtime to good workers.

  5. Weekend callouts have gotten out of hand. Everyone’s day is ruined when you can’t complete your own workload when you’re going for backup or assisting fulfillment. The next day is also a shambles because no one finishes or has time to zone. Repeated weekend callouts, in my opinion, could incur a higher penalty.

  6. I believe we need something a little more straightforward because one person arrived 2 hours late for truck and another called out 3 hours after his shift began.

  7. It’s a running joke at my store that if someone other than me is scheduled in my department, there’s a 50/50 chance they’ll show up. It’s not even a joke, it’s more of a reality than anything else.

  8. Offering $15 an hour isn’t going to cut it, so they’re attempting to guilt their former employees into returning.

    More assholes, try upping wages.

  9. Savannah is the 16-year-old version of myself. Quite literally. I used to work at DQ and didn’t show up for half of my shifts because I was a jerk. But they couldn’t afford to dismiss me because everyone else was missing just as many people but didn’t pick up the phone when they were called 🙂
